• Pending (unpaid) Bookings will be cancelled automatically in 30 mins and will be opened for others.
• This booking will be confirmed via email with QR code. You must present it at the Entrance.
• This booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect selection.
• Misuse of bookings are prohibited.
• Bookings are only available at the official website of Gajaman UAE i.e., https://tickets.wasthi.net/ . All bookings will be scanned before entering the cinema.
• Damages done to any property of the cinema will be charged by the particular party.
• Viewers have to confirm the booking prior to the screening as bookings would not be provided at cinema premises.

• All viewers (Ages 2 years and above) must have a valid booking confirmation.
• Arrive at the cinema 15 – 20 minutes prior to the screening time.
• Avoid smoking / drinking / photography / recording / livestreaming.
